no i haven't seen it yet. i still haven't even seen the first part of the last episode. so i am hoping that my friend has a nice copy of it. then after i watch it tonight i will try to get to the movies this weekend when i go on my second vacation in two weeks. woo woo woo.

I'll have to see it at some point. The gf is a huge Harry Potter fan. Thus I will see it. Not sure if we will see it in theaters or not though.

Yes, it is another hot one for sure... It is like 101.5F in the shade. Feels like 115+ outside. Not a pleasant day at all.

It's too hot out. I hate summer. I hate this weather. BLAH.

I saw Harry Potter on Saturday and I really liked it. I've always loved the books, but didn't really start enjoying the movies until I stopped going in expecting them to match exactly. Sure, it wasn't a perfect movie, but it was a hell of a lot better than I had expected.

...gotta wait until mid august for my kids to get their tonics....hubby got one-keiran I think, will probably wind up with it at some point (and yeah sell it--need the money, hate the tonics).

I havent read any of the potter books...but have seen all the movies (got some real cheap on dvd--they were almost giving them away).....but no plans to brave the crowds of ear shattering screaming kids--so the dvd will have to do...

hot doesnt bother me that much after my 3 summers in japan---now its just annoying (especially with the electric company asking you to turn OFF your a/c during the day!)

My characters 6th birthday is just around the corner aswell atleast for my 3 core characters. The rest have to wait a couple more months/years

I have a few birthdays on my characters coming up. But like cosy, I don't think they are until mid-August... But I could be wrong. Haven't really checked on their ages in a while.

Hot isn't usually bad. Except when I am working in a school with no air conditioning where it is 10-20 degrees hotter INSIDE than out. Very sad...

My quest in guildwars has finally come to an end (i'll still play though but my goal is achieved) I got 30/50 points yaaaay.

Now i'll just stand in spamadan with my EL margonite tonic and scare children.

congrats undead.....I am working on 50 (only have the ughly fow armor left for that) as well as some titles that my anal mind seems to think I should do (chests, id'ing etc)...

I was an artist...though not a very good one

though I did get my undergrad degree in art as well as starting my masters (ran outta money, and hated my advisor)....havent won anything gw wise with my talents.

hot....hot is when its 100 out with 80%+ humidity and you are in a school that has no a/c (what's that???)....and you have to teach! My first few weeks teaching in japan were like that--school have NO a/c (and no heat either), they have......windows

....so you all sweat together---and the smell of 30+ junior high kids sweating....I will leave to your own imagination. Bath by fire....that was 8 years ago and I STILL remember it like it was last week (damnn it was hot)----

Well, duh. Why shouldn't us artists be paid for our work? Art isn't easy, and takes a lot of time and work. I'm too poor to do work for free, personally, and I value my time a bit more than that!

that is not hot... here we have 96% humidity all year round. even in the winter time... and it is always 100 degree here in the summer... and when you have to wear a suit to work and a tie... omg i feel like i am being hanged from a tree. please god help me. also i have decided that i need a new job. cuz this one pays worse than minimum wage.

bad summer:
your stainless steel shoe horn ....RUSTS! (true story, within 3 weeks of moving into my aparto in japan, my shoe horn rusted! so I found out why they use so much plastic over there

....we had people on our program that reported mold growing in their computers and water running down the walls from the high humidity---and NO A/C!)
and for some stupid reason the first year I was there I continued to wear my wind breaker (coat) until someone noticed I was wearing it (with a temp over 100) so I just pushed up the sleeves

...I LIKE hot....and I got very acclimatized to cold while I was there as well ....

I visited my mom in florida the second summer I was working in japan, and even though everyone there was complaining about the heat---I thought it was a bit chilly

and had my coat on!

yes i used to wear my hoodie and jeans everyday of the year. no matter how hot it was. now i can't stand the heat. not sure if my body is messed up or what
